Adding OT t0 time to protoparticle extrainfo

Split off from 2018-patches this weekend. This is effort by Manuel and Jacco to put the OT Track Time into the protoparticle extrainfo, for potential use in e.g. ProbNN. We want to see how the nightlies manage this, so it can be included before the restripping.

Details: Edited protoparticle to contain the quantities we desire. (for nightly tests we want to test two track fits, hence there are four variables. After the nightlies this will be reduced to two.)
