Remove CondDBBrowser

Marco Clemencic requested to merge marcocle/drop-CondDBBrowser into master

Thanks to https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/CondDBBrowser it's now possible to start the CondDBBrowser with /cvmfs/lhcb.cern.ch/lib/bin/x86_64-centos7/CondDBBrowser (added to the $PATH by default when using LbEnv).
