RichDet for current upgrade geometry

Changes in RichDet needed to run with the current upgrade RICH geometry. Merge requests for the corresponding DB updates will follow.

Not ready for testing: requires the mentioned DB updates and also some changes in Gauss to create new sim files for tests.
