Olli Lupton requested to merge olupton_new_functors into master

Adds SOA::Container skins for Track and MuonPID objects and their combination. Allows new functors to act on track+muon zips.

Goes with Rec!1541 (merged) and Brunel!790 (merged), incorporates !1911 (closed).
