RichMirrorSegFinderLookUpTable.h - Unroll some small scalar loops + cleanup.
Minor CPU optimisation for lookup table based mirror segment finder, together with some post-clang-format cleanups.
@cattanem I do not expect any diffs from this, should be bit-wise identical.
