Switch to GAUDI_LOOP_UNROLL

Christopher Rob Jones requested to merge Prefer-GAUDI_LOOP_UNROLL into master

Previously I added a macro for loop unrolling to SIMDTypes.h in LHCbMath. However, as it proved useful in places where that header was not used, it is now part of Kernel.h in Gaudi.
