Rename UTModule with UTStave

Andy Beiter requested to merge UTStaveRename into master

UT staves were originally named modules to match ST vocabulary. This changes the name of the module detector element into stave detector element to match UT vocabulary.

This will coincide with changes to the DDDB and the SIMCOND database.
