Add support to IConditionDerivationMgr for chained derived conditions

Allows creating a derived condition, using addConditionDerivation, that depends on another derived condition.

Also added some slight improvements to the error messages generated when an exception is thrown, including type information to (hopefully) aid the user in better understanding what is wrong.
