Use an error message counter in MuonRawToHits

Alex Pearce requested to merge apearce-error-counter into master

!2229 (merged) causes changes in references, and this MR changes the new counter to an error counter. This hides the counter when no errors are detected, leaving the references as they were.

Closes #69 (closed).
