Fix Detector XML path and use send ROOT and DD4hep to the Gaudi message service (!2579) · Merge requests · LHCb / LHCb

Changed variable to locate the Detector XML and update the reference. This is needed in the lhcb-ddhep slot for the test to pass.

The ROOT and DD4hep messages are now sent to the Gaudi message service
