Make sure FTMat cached geo data is updated when conditions change

Merged Wouter Hulsbergen requested to merge registerFTCacheUpdate_wh202006 into master

DeFTMat is caching geometry data. However, these data were not updated with geometry (alignment) updates. This merge request introduces a call back function. Without this one cannot align the detector.
