Cleanup CaloUtils
Remove unused code from CaloUtils, and rationalize some namespace names to easy the use of ADL
Must be applied in conjunction with Lbcom!489 (merged), Rec!2156 (merged) and Brunel!1051 (merged). Other related MR: Analysis!667 (merged)
