Adapt the Pr::Long:Tracks, Pr::Velo::Tracks, Pr::Upstream::Tracks and Pr::Fitted:Forward::Tracks with SOACollection structure (follow up !2702 (merged))
Deprecated files: PrIterableFittedForwardTracks.h, PrIterableForwardTracks.h, PrIterableVeloTracks.h

Should go with Rec!2208 (merged) and Phys!792 (merged). Refs links updated in Moore!631 (merged)
