Update test to latest physics constants in Gaudi

Marco Clemencic requested to merge clemenci-update-ref-gaudi-1101 into master

with the changes in gaudi/Gaudi!1101 (merged) we get a small difference in the tests, in particular the change of hbar causes a 1e-7 difference in width of resonances.
