Cleanup of Calorimeter interfaces

  • move IFutureGammaPi0SeparationTool and IFutureNeutralIDTool interfaces to Rec, into the sole package that requires them
  • remove unused interfaces

must be applied in conjunction with Rec!2253 (merged), refs updated in Moore!654 (merged) and Brunel!1089 (merged)
