As per our chat at the DPA WP3 meeting earlier today, @apearce, @pkoppenb, @dfazzini, @mamartin. Just so that DaVinci jobs avoid having "HLTControlFlowMgr" as main flow manager.
All pretty trivial. I simplified a few lines along the way.
