Add minor quality-of-life enhancements to LHCbApp

Two new features for the LHCbApp configurable:

1. Set CondDB().Upgrade = True when LHCbApp().DataType is set to "Upgrade". Closes #3 (closed).
2. Allow LHCbApp().TupleFile to be set. This configures NTupleSvc and adds it to ApplicationMgr. There's a new test which sets this property.
