Improve usage of RawBank::BankType as Gaudi::Property

... and use Gaudi::Property<RawBank::BankType> and Gaudi::Property<vector<RawBank::BankType>> instead of string properties in a few places...

must be applied in conjunction with Rec!2447 (merged) and Allen!577 (merged)
