Put expanded reference name in test report

Christoph Hasse requested to merge chasse_testxml_ref_name into master

Some platforms use a dedicated reference (see here). In these cases it is useful that the Output Reference Name field in the test report contains the dedicated (expanded) filename rather than the original value from the .qmt file.
