Fix private dependencies lookup in satellite projects

This fixes the problem reported in https://mattermost.web.cern.ch/lhcb/pl/wihjj7fx4iyk7k3y1apegzg9ce

The issue is that custom FindXYZ.cmake modules were not correctly added to the search path before needing them.
