Drop usage of GaudiAlgorithm in favor of Gaudi::Algorithm

On the way cleaning up the code and making it functional when possible. This MR targets mostly Kernel/FSRAlgs and Kernel/LHCbAlgs

This goes along with Rec!2509 (merged) and Noether!14 (merged)
