Rationalize names

Gerhard Raven requested to merge rationalize-namespace-usage into master
  • rename LHCb::Pr::FT::PrSciFiHits into LHCb::Pr::FT::Hits
  • add a (deprecated) using statement for PrSciFItHits
  • move {Hot,Cold}HitInfo types into the Hits scope

should be applied in conjunction with Rec!2553 (merged)
