Patches for GenFSRJson to correct JSON output

Patch GenFSRJson algorithm so that the output JSON file contains the Gaudi::Property values and not their string representation. Furthemore correct the setting of default value of m_jsonOutputName property to implement what original author intended.

Should go with Gauss!821 (merged)
