Improvements to LHCb QMT tests

  • Save job options dump only below 1 MB, see #187 . Should hopefully speed up opening the dashboard pages.
  • Always print GaudiException stack traces
  • Propagate test name as environment variable, e.g. to allow customising output filenames (see Moore#370 (comment 5178144))
