this fixes a problem with the name matching of control flow nodes and algorithms for the barrier to work correctly. related and found during developments in Allen!933 (merged) @dcampora

@rmatev why did i have to fork lhcb to make a MR? I couldn't push to lhcb/LHCb for some reason

Requires Allen!933 (merged) and Moore!1684 (merged) and MooreAnalysis!90 (merged)
