feat(HltControlFlowMgr) sort timing table and introduce a row that shows the sum of all algorithms
NEEDS: lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!243 (merged)
Should make it easier to spot the expensive outliers in a timing table.
E.g., to spot a slow combiner in a HLT2 job that has thousands of entries.
