Warn in case of problematic DetElem path for derived condition

Sebastien Ponce requested to merge sponce_badDetElemPaht into master

Problematic in the sense that they allow to find the DetElem but do not match then the actual path of the found DetElem. This breaks the mechanism of derived conditions and thus needed to be detected
