Suppress some INFO messages from HLTScheduler.write test

Order of some messages are unstable, see e.g. https://lhcb-nightlies.web.cern.ch/nightly/lhcb-master/2139/LHCb/x86_64_v3-centos7-gcc12-opt+g/tests#HLTScheduler_write

Set the output level for some services to WARNING to avoid this causing test failures.
