Convert UT warnings and errors to accumulators.

Convert warnings and errors in the UT software to Gaudi::Accumulators. Related to Issue Lbcom#11 (closed), which was originally discussed in Lbcom!667 (merged). Related to but does not need to be merged with Rec!3564 (merged) and Boole!514 (merged).
