Draft: Extend Particle to have pointer to associated PV

  • extended Particle to have pointer to associated PV. to be filled by particle maker/combiner.
  • updated legacy packers accordingly
  • updated PrimaryVertexContainer to have proper ObjectContainer interface such that SmartRefs work
  • streamlined PV unbiasing code

This goes together with Rec!3655 (closed) and Moore!2744 (closed)
