FPE Auditor: Issue warning not exception when trapping support unavailable

Hopefully allows tests to run on arm (armv8.1_a-el9-gcc13-opt), with FPEAuditor just doing nothing other than issuing a warning.

Should hopefully address some (RICH) tests in LHCb and Rec that are currently failing.
