Updated PLUME decoding in HLT2

Changed/added some constants to reflect the changes needed for the updated PLUME decoding in HLT2. Added also to the PlumeAdc object the possibility to store a pedestal value and removed any reference to coincidences, as they are not used anymore. This MR is needed to allow Rec!3748 (merged) to work properly.
