Simplified and cleaned up some custom test stdout preprocessors

Custom stdout preprocessors in some tests were redundant and could be clean up also to take into account changes in stdout expected in a future version of Gaudi.

This change is a prerequisite to be able to pick up gaudi/Gaudi!1598 (merged).
