Synchronize master branch with 2024-patches

Note: This includes some ref updates for Gaudi master so it will produce some test failures in older versions of Gaudi.

Includes:

• Set IODataManager AgeLimit = 0 (!4641 (merged))
• Change input MDF for RICH 2022 decode test (!4642 (merged))
• A shallow copy algorithm for all persistable keyed container types (!4541 (merged))

Note: no need to validate with lhcb-sim11 before merging
