Add the UpstreamMuon track type to the event (old)

The "UpstreamMuon" track type has been added to event sequence. The definition of this track is made at Rec level with the new VeloUTMuonBuilder. This merge request is linked to Rec!4006 (closed) and Moore!3646 (closed)
