LHCbMath: fix linear-algebra operations in PyROOT (new ROOT??)

Fix operations with linear algebra objects (vectors and matrices) in PyROOT. The problem appears due to new ROOT. now new, a bit more robust (but still a bit ugly) way is implemented. Thanks tp Sebastien @sponce for reporting the problem
