Update GenFSR class and related functionalities to more recent version

The version of GenFSR in stripping21-patches predates the version used by Brunel/reco14-patches (which was itself backported from run2-patches in 2020). This MR updates the stripping21-patches version to be consistent with the reco14-patches and run2-patches versions
