change starting point for TTracks extrapolation in Calo reco

Related to the addition of calo PID for TTracks Moore#588

In the Calo reco the TTracks are extrapolated linearly from LastMeasurement up to the Calo. Here the default initial starting point for the extrapolation is changed from LastMeasurement to EndRich2, if the state location EndRich2 is present (as the case for fitted TTtracks - SeedDeclonedFitted)
