RICH: Extend RawEvent emulation from MC to optionally add dark hits

Adds the option to the the RawEvent emulation from MC Hits to add dark hits (random background) at a configurable rate to each RICH.

Useful for Upgrade 2 emulation studies to study the impact of dark hits (e.g. from SiPMs) at various rates on the PID performance.
