Various code cleanups and modernization, including dropping unused classes

Classes that were dropped are :

  • LHCbFSRStream
  • LHCbRecordStream
  • (I)IOFSRSvc On top the following python files have been dropped :
  • TTParser.py
  • DQFilterValidator.py

Each drop is a single commit so that it can easily be reverted in case I was too greedy.

To do

  • ci-test against lhcb-master
  • ci-test against lhcb-sim11
