Consolidate reading configuration between GaudiConf and PyConf

consolidate-reading-config into master
  • Add attributes to the InputProcessType and SourceID enumeration values defined in LbExec/options.py which specify for each of their values the corresponding tes_root, tes_root_for_tistos and sourceID. Add function to SourceID to determine it given a location.
  • In PyConf/reading.py, use the above attributes as the sole definition of these mappings.
