Two new persistency versions

1.2 -> Removing of Downstream track and protoparticles 1.3 -> Removing of Upstream and Downstream tracks and protoparticles

Only one of them will be kept, and the MR deleted if we end up choosing the version 1.1.

The MR also includes functions to simplify track location access
