Replace GaudiTest.py by GaudiTesting

This is a partial fix for LHCBPS-1692, replacing GaudiTest by GaudiTesting. It may effectively change the result of the tests because it ends up using a slightly different preprocessor when comparing logfiles to refs.

This should be accepted before MR Brunel!128 (merged)
