Register to the special incident APP_INITIALIZED to disconnect from Git

Marco Clemencic requested to merge clemenci/LHCb:diconnect-from-git-before-online-fork into master

the APP_INITIALIZED incident is issued by Gaudi Online tasks after the initialization is completed, to trigger checkpointing or prepare for forking.

Disconnecting from Git at this point prevents issues with changes in the Git CondDB internal files.
