Make TurboConf work with 2015 Turbo++

The head of GaudiConf allows analysts to use Turbo++ in 2016. Due to necessary hardcoding of locations and changes between 2015 and 2016, there is an incompatibility. The commit allows analysts to use new versions of DaVinci to look at Turbo02 in both 2015 and 2016
