Connect L0HC emulator to L0DU

L0HC is added to the L0Processors list for L0DU emulator when EmulateHC is set to True in the Configurable
Name alias for the L0Data added ( HRC(B) = GlobalPi0(Et) & HRC(F) == LocalPi0(Et)
