Record platform info in event header

Marco Clemencic requested to merge LHCBPS-1729.record-platform-info-in-event into 2017-patches
  • added class LHCb::PlatformInfo to record build and run time platform and host information
  • added platformInfo data member to ProcessHeader (changed version class version)

At the moment, the list of known platform (CMTCONFIG) ids is hardcoded in PlatformInfo implementation, but it should be moved to the conditions database.
