Some improvement and fixes for Kernel/LHCbMath

• new function Gaudi::Math::Swanson S-wave cusp
• tiny reshuffling of code between Functions.cpp and MoreFunctions.cpp
• expose complex versions of erf, erfc, erfcx and faddeeva_w
• LHCbMath.Types: provide operations for std.complex('double')
