Do not truncate test output

Rosen Matev requested to merge rmatev-ctestoutput into master

This makes sure test output is not truncated even if it does not contain the CTEST_FULL_OUTPUT string...

@clemenci something similar might be useful for Gaudi to replace https://gitlab.cern.ch/gaudi/Gaudi/blob/master/GaudiPolicy/python/GaudiTesting/Run.py#L38-39
