Replace gaudirun with lbexec in Moore tests

Moore tests were run with gaudirun.py, now all the jobs in LHCbIntegrationTests are executed via lbexec command using functions available in Moore package, so that they can be maintained more easily.

To be merged with DaVinci!883 (merged).
